We’re currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Audit Manager, Senior Audit Manager or Audit Principal to lead client engagements, mentor team members, and help drive the growth of our audit practice. What You’ll Do
As an Audit Manager, Senior Manager, or Principal you’ll oversee a portfolio of engagements across a range of industries, working directly with clients and firm leadership to ensure quality, accuracy, and impact. You’ll guide audit teams, serve as a primary client contact, and contribute to Firm-wide strategic initiatives.
In this role, you will:
- Plan, manage, and review audit engagements in accordance with GAAP and GAAS
- Supervise and mentor audit staff and seniors, offering career development and real-time feedback
- Cultivate and manage strong client relationships with ongoing communication and responsiveness
- Monitor engagement budgets, timelines, billing, and collections to support profitability
- Evaluate audit risks, apply critical thinking, and determine procedures based on client needs
- Lead technical research and stay current on evolving standards and regulations
- Represent the firm in client meetings and assist with business development efforts
- Promote a culture of respect, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
- CPA license required
- Minimum 5-7 years of public accounting experience, with significant supervisory responsibility
- Advanced knowledge of GAAP and GAAS
- Strong project management, decision-making, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple engagements, teams, and client relationships simultaneously
- Executive presence with the ability to lead client discussions and presentations
- Business development skills and experience identifying growth opportunities

Salary & Benefits
We offer a competitive salary, generous PTO, a comprehensive benefits package, and clear opportunities for growth.
Salary Range: $80,000 - $140,000 Annually
The listed salary range is intended as a general guideline. Final compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including experience, education, skills, and alignment with the needs of the role.
