As a leading accounting, tax, and advisory firm in Central New York, we’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Audit Associate to join our team and help deliver outstanding service across a diverse client base.
What You’ll Do
As a Senior Audit Associate, you’ll take on a key role in leading and executing audit engagements while mentoring junior team members and developing client relationships. You’ll be empowered to make informed decisions, manage multiple priorities, and grow as a leader in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading audits, reviews, and other assurance services from planning through completion
- Managing multiple engagements simultaneously and ensuring quality and timeliness of deliverables
- Guiding and mentoring junior staff, interns, and associates
- Applying your knowledge of GAAP and GAAS to complex accounting issues and client needs
- Conducting technical research and supporting conclusions with authoritative guidance
- Collaborating with clients and team members to identify improvements in internal processes and controls
- Actively contributing to firm initiatives and business development goals

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
- Minimum of 2 years of public accounting experience
- CPA license preferred (or in progress)
- Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and audit software tools
- Ability to travel to client sites as needed

Salary & Benefits
We offer a competitive salary, generous PTO, a comprehensive benefits package, and clear opportunities for growth.
Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000 Annually
The listed salary range is intended as a general guideline. Final compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including experience, education, skills, and alignment with the needs of the role.
