SYRACUSE, N.Y. October 2025 – FustCharles, a certified public accounting firm in Syracuse, N.Y., has promoted the following individuals within the Firm’s Tax Department. These talented individuals continue to service the Firm’s manufacturing, distribution, healthcare, not-for-profit and other closely held business clients.
Martin Felicia III, CPA, has been promoted to Tax Supervisor. Marty received his B.S. and M.B.A. in Accounting and Finance from Utica University. He joined the Firm in 2023.
Elizabeth K. Stoddard, CPA, has been promoted to Tax Supervisor. Elizabeth received her B.S. in Economics from California State Polytechnic University and Certificate of Accounting from UCLA. She joined the Firm in 2023.
