Bill is a seasoned financial expert with over 35 years of experience in accounting, audit, and advisory services, specializing in the healthcare and not-for-profit sectors. His deep industry expertise has made him a trusted advisor to numerous organizations, guiding them through complex financial landscapes, including feasibility studies, bond offerings, debt restructuring, debt capacity analysis, and corporate restructuring across multi-entity networks. As a key member of the Firm’s Executive Committee, Bill plays an instrumental role in shaping strategic decisions and overseeing the Firm’s overall management.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Bill is a distinguished leader in the healthcare financial community. He serves as the Chair of the Board for St. Joseph’s Health Foundation and as the Vice Chair of the Board and Finance Committee Chair for Trinity Health New York, where he provides strategic financial oversight. His commitment to excellence in financial management is reflected in his active membership in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA). Additionally, Bill is an advanced member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA), having previously held prominent leadership roles, including Regional Executive representing New York State and Puerto Rico and President of HFMA’s Central New York chapter.

Bill is a proud graduate of Hartwick College and resides in Jamesville, NY.
